hey!
Im going to new york soon and i am looking to buy nice cheap clothes and shoes. Bear in mind im a student so when I say cheap, i mean cheap lol!
Can you recommend any stores/outlets?

shoes (UK size 10, US size 12-i know, HUGE lol!!),

Go to Century 21 across from ground zero–it is a NY destination and opens really early for those who work down there. It is an adventure and has some great buys. Think they have a website.

No VAT, there is a sales tax in NYC, which is around 8-9%.
