Girl Basketball Shoes
Any tips or advice for getting back in shape for basketball season?
I am a 16 year old girl, and Basketball season is just around the corner. Tryouts are the week of November 3rd, and I wanted some suggestions on getting back in shape, and like getting my stamina back up. Also getting my mind back into basketball mode. Any dieting tips and training tips etc. would help me out a lot! =]
Also I think it may be time for a new pair of Basketball shoes!! any suggestions?
Start with a lot of cardio. Sprints and suicides. Eat a lot of protein and lean meats, chicken.
